Compare to a Skill.

Similiar in that:

• They are purchased using Skill Points.
• They are used as prerequisites for Powers and Feats.

Different in that:

• They are never rolled on a d20.
• They are not assigned an ability score.

Notes:

• Not all Powers require a Power Skill at all, just like not all Feats are tied to a Skill.
